Tic-Health Inc is founded in September 2008 by six innovators: Özgecan Kara, Zeynep Bayam, Mehmet Koç, Umut Güzel, Aslı Deniz Güven and Deniz Akgör.

The company is a partnership; where each member contributed 20,000$ to form the share capital of 120,000$.

The CEO of the company is Özgecan Kara - an industrial engineer, and the CFO of the company is Zeynep Bayam – an industrial engineer. Product developers are Deniz Akgör and Mehmet Koç, both are electrics and electronics engineers. System developers are Umut Güzel and Aslı Deniz Güven both are computer science engineers.

Company’s Headquarter is located in Bilkent, manufacturing plant in Ostim and R&D department and software design in Bilkent Cyberpark.
