Literature Survey and Competition Report
The report must contain at least the following:- The literature about the methods of achieving the product you are proposing,
- The literature about the underlying technologies,
- Notes on possible applications of your product,
- Existing competition in the World,
- Possible competition which might come around at the expected time of your production,
- Competition from similar products, i.e., similar products which can fulfill a similar gap in the market (Like a bicycle can be a competitor for a car for small distances on flat cities) if any.
- Pricing information of similar products,
- References.
Weekly Reports
A short team progress report is to be submitted every week. The length of the report should be 2 pages plus appendix.Title Page:
- Company Name
- Logo
- Shareholders
- Project Name
- Date
- Past Week's Accomplishments
- Tasks completed in the last week
- Role of individual team members
- Problems and how they were solved
- Next Week's Planned Activities
- Tasks to be completed next week
- Tasks assigned to individual team members
- Foreseeable problems and measures.
- Complete work plan
- Individual responsibilities
- Already completed tasks
- Modifications to earlier reported work plan
Final Report
At the end of each semester the teams should submit a final report explainin all the work done in the semester. A sample guideline is below.

(New developments and changes occurred while the project is run. You can also put examples of your work, but keeping the details at a minimum just to give us an idea about the quality of your work. ) - 5. Conclusions
(The results you obtained from the experiments, surveys, prototypes, etc. and the conclusions you have drawn from them. You can also leave some topics open and state the issues which remains to be solved or difficulties which waits for you in the future.) - 6. Appendices
