With the company claim that we provide users with a 6th sense, 6sense designs its product(s) with the perception and understanding of technolgy while breaking the limits of commonly used technological interfaces.
At this point, the KeySurf, which was designed to make user feel that s/he is using a surfboard on the computerized system, works as follows:
Initially, a keyboard layout, area of which is 40x20 centimeter, is projected onto the flat surface. The surface, here, is recommended to be opaque not to absorb the projected beams. On the other hand, color of the flat does not matter because user is provided with chance to select the beam color as well. When the user interacts with the keyboard projected, his touchpoint is perceived by the KeySurf via its optics related technology and transmitted to the screen.
